- 01We provide transportation for a wide range of needs - including hospital discharges, dialysis, chemotherapy, radiation, doctor’s visits, lab work, and more. 
- 02Yes, all of our vehicles are ADA-compliant and fully wheelchair accessible. They’re equipped with hydraulic lifts and can accommodate up to 600 lbs, including bariatric wheelchairs. Safe, secure, and comfortable - every time. 
- 03Office Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM We operate 24/7 for pre-scheduled rides. As long as the ride is booked in advance, our team can accommodate transport at any time - day or night. 
- 04Yes! Companions or caregivers are welcome to ride with you at no extra cost. Although, If they also require wheelchair or gurney transport, additional charges may apply. 
- 05Yes, we offer discounts! Dialysis patients and clients who schedule multiple rides may qualify for reduced rates. We also send out occasional coupons to those on our email list - give us a call to learn more or to get added. 
- 06We are DHCS certified, which means we are approved to provide transportation for Medi-Cal recipient through managed care plans. However, we do not currently accept Medicare or private insurance. If you believe your insurance may cover NEMT services, we recommend contacting your provider directly. They’re welcome to reach out to us for any coordination. 
- 07At Non-Emergency Medical Transport, the safety and well-being of our patients are our top priorities. We have extensive screening processes in place for our drivers to ensure the highest standards of care. Before employment, each driver undergoes a thorough background check, drug test, and driving record evaluation. Our insurance policy mandates that our drivers have a clean record, without any recent accidents. Additionally, we continuously monitor our drivers to ensure they maintain the highest level of professionalism and competence before they are entrusted to drive our patients independently. Rest assured, your safety is in capable hands. 
- 08Absolutely! We will take you as far as you need to go, and we will be right there to take you home. 
- 09We kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice to schedule your trip. However, we understand that some circumstances may require immediate assistance, and we are happy to accommodate such requests to the best of our ability. Please do not hesitate to give us a call, and we will work with you to arrange your transportation needs. 
- 10The safety and well-being of our clients are our utmost priority. We have implemented rigorous protocols to ensure a clean and hygienic environment during transportation. Some of these measures include: - Thoroughly cleaning the seating area after each trip 
- Proper sanitization of straps and seat belts 
- Daily disinfection, wiping, and vacuuming of our vehicles 
- Willingness to accommodate requests for our drivers to wear gloves during transport
