TLC Medical Transportation began with a personal crisis that sparked a greater calling. When our grandfather urgently needed early-morning dialysis, we placed our trust in a well-known transport company. What we got was a disaster: missed pickups, poor communication, and a terrifying ride that left him injured after a sudden stop. That moment changed everything. It was clear that our community deserved better.

With his encouragement ringing in our ears  "Just go for it",  we bought our first van in March 2020, on the same day California shut down. It wasn’t the easiest time to launch a business, but neither of us could sit still knowing people like our grandfather were in need of something better. Brittany and I handled everything ourselves in the beginning.. From late-night discharges to long-distance transports, we made sure every ride was done right, and every passenger got where they needed to go safely.
 

Since then, TLC has grown, but we’ve stayed true to our roots. We're still family-run, still hands-on, and grounded in one clear standard: show up on time, communicate clearly, and treat every rider with the same care we’d want for our own family.

From wheelchair and gurney transports to hospital discharges and stair assistance, we provide local, professional service with no foreign call centers, no shortcuts, and no stress. We recently expanded into Folsom to reduce wait times and keep our standards high across the board.
